The original Howard Johson Motor Lodge rooms located on the south east side of the property.

The ten-story tower built in 1972.

Howard Johnson Hotel opened in 1973.

Became Paradise Hotel & Casino on January 1, 1976.

Renamed 20th Century Hotel & Casino on May 20, 1977.

Renamed Treasury Hotel and Casino on January 1, 1979.

Closed in 1982.

Renamed Pacifica Hotel in 1985 and later renamed Polynesian Hotel.

Renamed Hotel San Remo on July 1, 1989.

The original Howard Johson Motor Lodge rooms located on the south west side of the property are demolished by 1991.

The eighteen-story tower built in 1991.

Closed in 2005.

Renamed Hooters Casino Hotel on February 2, 2006.

Renamed Oyo Hotel & Casino on September 17, 2019.
