The diner section of the property dates back to the 1960s. It previously operated as Tiffany's Cafe and then became Vickie's Diner in 2014. Vickie's Diner closed on August 16, 2020.

The drug store reopened as White Cross Market in 2013 and closed in 2015.

White Cross Drugs was previously located at the intersection of Fremont Street and Second Street (Casino Center Boulevard). That land is currently occupied by Four Queens Hotel and Casino.

Opened at the Las Vegas Boulevard location in 1955. Closed March 31, 2012.

This was the first 24-hour pharmacy in the city of Las Vegas. Was frequented by members of the Rat Pack, Elvis Presley, and Las Vegas showgirls.

Located on a National Scenic Byway (2009) and a Nevada Scenic Byway (2001).
