Opened in 1971 as Las Vegas Stadium. Renamed Las Vegas Silver Bowl (1978), Sam Boyd Silver Bowl (1984). Became Sam Boyd Stadium in 1993.
Was the home field for the UNLV Rebels football team since 1971 to 2019.
