Towards the bottom of this picture: The former Mini Price Motor Inn motel rooms are the structures with the red roofs. They were later renamed the Courtyard Rooms and demolished in 2017. The structure with the yellow walls to the left of the sign was the former Bingo Palace Casino. It was demolished in 2017.

The Mini Price Motor Inn at 2550 South Rancho Road existed by the 1970s.

The Casino opens on July 1, 1976 at 2540 South Rancho Road.

The Mini Price Motor Inn is attached to The Casino in 1976.

The Casino is renamed Bingo Palace Casino in 1977.

Bingo Palace Casino expands and is renamed Palace Station Hotel & Casino in 1984.

The Mini Price Motor Inn is purchased by the Palace Station in 1985. The rooms would be known as the Courtyard Rooms.

The tower is built in 1990.

The Courtyard Rooms are demolished in 2017.
