Built in 1952. Began operating as Bagdad Inn in the 1950s. Became Holiday House Motel in the early 1980s. Closed in 2017. Currently serves as an apartment complex.

Located on a National Scenic Byway (2009) and a Nevada Scenic Byway (2001).
