Harrah's Del Rio opened in August 29, 1988. Later rebranded Harrah's Laughlin.

South tower built in 1988.

North tower built in 1992.

On April 27, 2002, during the Laughlin River Run, a confrontation between two motorcycle clubs occurred at Harrah's Laughlin. Three people were killed.
