Riviera. Was located at 2901 South Las Vegas Boulevard, Winchester, Nevada. The original pylon was designed by Betty Willis. The sign no longer exists.

Steven R. Whitehead House
Stephen R. Whitehead House. Was located at 333 North 7th Street, Las Vegas, Nevada. This was the childhood home of Betty Willis. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987. Las Vegas High School Academic Building and Gymnasium. Located at 315 South 7th Street, Las Vegas, Nevada. Betty Willis graduated from Las Vegas High School in 1941. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986 and in 1991 as a contributing property to the Las Vegas High School District.

Although Willis is not a contributing factor towards nomination, she is associated with four items that are listed on the National Register of Historic Places: Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign, Moulin Rouge, Stephen R. Whitehead House, Las Vegas High School and Gymnasium.

Betty Willis was born on May 20, 1923 in Overton, Nevada. She died on April 19, 2015 in Overton, Nevada.
